Checkpoint handoff artifacts
Preserve a handoff artifact for a run when a checkpoint store is attached; otherwise treat the contract as preview-only.
Support-state meaning
Usable only where the linked preview support state and account/project conditions are met.
Support level: preview_requires_checkpoint_store_for_live_write
